This PCBA is a motherboard designed for in-car aromatherapy machines to control and manage the various functions of the aromatherapy machine.
The main control IC is sealed with AB adhesive to increase the reliability and durability of the circuit and protect the chip from the external environment.
The PCBA comes with red battery terminals, white motor terminals, five-color indicators, 25 lights in the middle of the motherboard, a touch button, and a sleeve to touch the bottom of the spring, which makes it easy for users to understand and operate the aromatherapy machine.
The motherboard is equipped with a Type-C interface for connecting external power supplies or other devices. The interface has an overvoltage protection function, which can effectively protect the motherboard and connected devices from excessive voltage damage.
It is equipped with a dumping switch to detect the pouring status of the aromatherapy machine. When the aromatherapy machine is tipped, the switch will trigger the corresponding protective measures to ensure safe use.
The motherboard is coated with 10um thick Perelin on the surface. This thin and uniform protective layer provides good barrier properties and electrical insulation, protecting the motherboard from moisture, chemicals and other contaminants.
